Boy Spyce Joins Mavin Records, Releases Self-titled EP

Boy Spyce is the newest member of the Mavin family.

Boy Spyce is known for doing covers of popular songs, which he leveraged on in gaining a sizable social media following. A cover he did on Wizkid’s crossover album ‘Essence’ months ago sparked a social media craze, drawing attention to the gifted singer-songwriter.

Fast forward to now, and Boy Spyce has signed with Mavin Records, one of Africa’s top record labels. The singer-songwriter releases a blistering self-titled extended play in an attempt to start afresh chapter with the SMD family and his fans. Skoolbeats, Aykbeats, Kezzi, Johnny Drille, Presto, and Andre Vibez created the EP, which features five melodic songs.

Speaking on his signing to Mavin Records, these were his words;

a long time dream that has been backed with hard work, patience, dedication and consistency is born. I feel blessed and elated to be going on this journey with you by my side. Thank you Don Jazzy, the Mavin Records family and everyone who has been a part of my journey. Hello world, it’s BOY SPYCE o’clock! MAVIN ACTIVATED. EP OUT 12 MIDNIGHT.”

Now, Boy Spyce has signed with Mavin Records, one of Africa’s most prestigious musical labels. In an attempt to start a new chapter with the SMD family and his fans, the singer-songwriter releases self-titled extended play. The EP, which includes five melodic tracks, was produced by Skoolbeats, Aykbeats, Kezzi, Johnny Drille, Presto, and Andre Vibez.
