As he plays at the 90,000-seat Wembley Stadium, Fireboy DML, a rapidly emerging international Afrobeats and RnB sensation, reclaims his spot in the worldwide Nigerian music scene. On June 30, the artist and Ed Sheeran performed their hit song, Peru Remix, in front of a packed house.

Fireboy tweeted his thanks to Wembley after being the first-ever Nigerian to perform at the legendary venue, writing, “Thank you Wembley!” while sharing a clip of his performance.

A few days before this accomplishment, the singer performed for the first time on the main stage of the BET Awards, entertaining the audience with his highly decorated discography.
