‘Casanova’ is a mid-tempo Afrobeat tune by R2bees featuring Nigerian Afrobeat star Mr. Eazi and produced by Guiltybeatz. Casanova is the ninth song housed under R2Bees’ fourth studio album ‘Back 2 Basics’.
Ghanaian Afrobeat and High-life music duo, R2Bees made up of Mugeez and Paedae (Omar Sterling) have finally brought an end to the long haul regarding the release of their impending album.

Prior to this release, the group had achieved commercial success with their previous release titled ‘Yawa‘ featuring Sarkodie released in the month of October , 2020.

Succeeding this accomplishment came ‘Eboso’, a precursor to ‘Back 2 Basics’, R2Bees’ fourth studio album. ‘Back 2 Basics’ is a 15 track star-studded studio project with vibrant collaborations involving Darkovibes, Mr. Eazi, Gyakie, Wizkid & others. Songs on ‘Back 2 Basics’ are mostly delivered in a signature layered native Twi and Pidgin-Eglish language which will pass well in different territories outside Ghana with Nigeria as the main target.
