Kuami Eugene recounts Harassment by Female Fans.
Award Winning young Highlife and Afrobeat singer, Kuami Eugene, has recounted the number of times he has be harassed by female fans which he calls a “crazy” experiences.
In an interview on Accra-based Citi FM, the ‘Obiaato’ hitmaker narrated how female fans sexually harass him while he perform on stage.
“A fan kissed me on stage, I was singing right in front of her and the next thing I knew she held my head and planted a kiss. I went mute because it was unexpected,” he said.
He further recalled an event of how he received another harassment when he went to perform at a girls’ school refused to name.
“I went to another girls’ school and it took the effort of my manager to get me off stage. The girls were so clingy and they were touching me inappropriately,” he added.
However, Kuami Eugene went on to prove his claims were genuine as he played an audio of a female fan beggin him for minutes of intimate pleasure. He expressed his worries about the frequent harassment by his female fans and called their attitude uncalled for.
His label mate, KiDi recently in an interview also revealed how he also gets harassed by his female fans and expressed his worries on that.
Harassment against men seems to be a myth in the world but evidence gathered have show it to be a real thing and should be condemned.
Kuami Eugene is currently promoting his new single ‘Obiaato’ which is gradually turning into a street anthem.
