COVID-19: D-Black cries over Hotel Cost for Evacuated Ghanaians
Ghanaian musician and Entrepreneur, D-Black has responded to the high accommodation cost the Government of Ghana has set for stranded Ghanaian citizens who are being evacuated from different nations.
The charges demanded by the Government is between GHS 17,000 to GHS 24,000 and covers flight tickets and hotel accommodation for the 14-day mandatory quarantine when they arrive in the nation.
Responding to the charges, the afrobeat performer took to his twitter handle and whined about how expensive the cost is and that the vast majority of the evacuees can’t afford it.
D-Black, who is presently in the United States of America called on the President and his Government to subsidize the expenses of the evacuation fee.
The musician has also been seen taking part in Black Lives Matter protest.
