Ghanaian rapper and musician, Fameye has revealed that he has a difficulty charging renowned musicians in the music industry when they feature him on their songs.
Fameye who was speaking on Accra-based television station, TV Africa, said featuring on the songs of top musicians is a platform to hype his brand and shoot into the limelight.
“Most of the top stars are people I want to work with already; people I look up to in the industry so if such a person sends me a project, I’m eager to work with them and money is the last thing I think about,” he said.
According to him, music feature is a favour done to him and he expressed gratitude to the top artists who support his brand
Fameye revealed his eagerness to work with top artists, the likes of Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, revealing that he received positive feedback when he contacted them.
